I would stay here again anytime. the place is pleasant. 3. the staff is nice and kind. 4. the location is decent and marvelous, close to a nearby train station. 5. There is a variety of delicious food for breakfast.

Excellent, clean place with fantastic staff with an angry receptionist who did n't know what to do. Wonderful rooms in the beautiful garden, marvellous and unique location. Wide varieties of delicious food at breakfast. The pool area is good too.

The double room we were in had 2 comfy single beds 🛏️. It was decked out nicely with an electric kettle for that essential cup of tea and a cozy lounge area, which came in handy for chilling out.

Personnel has been very slack. We have been there before. The previous team was unfortunately replaced due to a new takeover. Mainly Asian guests with bus.

Staff very helpful and courteous. pleasant location Bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and also very good train connection from Preganziol station (3 minutes by car) to Venice. Great restaurant!!!
Few possibilities for a walk from the hotel on foot, as the road is very busy.
